You deserve to be happy. Allow me to help you during your hardest times. I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what is on your mind. I want to give you the support that you deserve by helping you become the person you long to be. I work with adults from any background, culture, or age to help improve their quality of life. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, workplace stress, family distress, past trauma, and relationship difficulties.
When working with me, you can expect warmth, attentive listening, empathy, and sincerity as we navigate through your struggles and help you achieve your goals. I will go at your pace; working with you in utilizing your unique strengths to build the tools that are necessary to achieve happiness and peace. Together, we will find an approach that works for you and fits your individual needs I utilize techniques from an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities including strengths perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Problem Solving Therapy.
When I am not doing therapy, I enjoy listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
