When you are ready to seek healing and personal growth, please realize you do not have to be alone in your journey. I have always been fascinated by how minds and hearts can be healed. I am dedicated to the process that allows people to step into their own light and feel blessed to be a psychotherapist. I believe everyone needs a safe place to be heard and understood. The populations I work with most consistently are young adults.
Creating a safe and trusting environment for my clients is a primary focus for me. Every person has a unique life story. Together we will discover the areas that need the most attention. Healing, peace of mind and joy are all within reach. The most common types of therapies I practice include emotion-focused, strength-based, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness. I am committed to honoring everyone’s spirit. I will endeavor to assist my clients to connect with the essence of who they really are and together we will uncover a way to live with clarity, purpose and fulfillment.
In my free time I enjoy watching movies and documentaries. I also like to relax with my friends, family and my Newfoundland dogs. My dogs have always provided a special presence in my life and have positively impacted my personal journey. One of my future goals is to own and train therapy dogs. In that way I’d have the best of both worlds.
