My goal, in collaboration with you, is to supply you with the tools needed to create a quality of life you desire. I will provide a non-judgmental space and a positive environment to explore positive self-talk, positive communication with others, and self-acceptance. I specialize in working with adults seeking support for anxiety, stress management, and trauma.

My clinical training from New York University has helped me create a therapeutic environment that uses the strength based approach through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Your strength is a part of your healing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a great tool used in conditioning the mind to achieving long lasting goals that supports your healing. Your healing is within your reach.

When I’m not working, I love to read and travel. My goal is to visit all 7 continents, and as many countries humanly possible.
