My goal, in collaboration with you, is to supply you with the tools needed to create a quality of life you desire.

I specialized in working with adults in seeking support for, and through, anxiety, stress management, and trauma. I truly believe that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a great tool in conditioning the mind to achieving long lasting goals.

It is important that we work together in a non-judgmental space. A positive environment is essential in creating norms for positive self-talk, positive communication with others, and self-acceptance.

I love to read and travel. My goal is to visit all 7 continents, and as many countries humanly possible.
