Jessica Shoflick, LMSW
The fundamental core of my practice is to foster a safe, nurturing and open space. I believe that by addressing our stressors and obstacles we free ourselves to achieve our best quality of life. We all have a story to convey and need a safe place to share it. My genuine passion for people and a curiosity in their life story is what drew me to this line of work.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a vital component to personal growth and self-wisdom. By collaborating together, we can address your unique concerns, highlight your strengths and work towards attaining your individualized goals. In my clinical work, I incorporate an eclectic mix of modalities including strengths-based, mindfulness, psychotherapy and person-centered therapy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, daily life stressors, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships or a life transition, I am honored, humbled and prepared to partner with you in this process. Together we will lean into these areas to yield positive change.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and going for walks with our dog. I look forward to the possibility of working together.
