Our lives can be full of transitions and hardships that can be overwhelming and challenging for a person struggling with Depression, Anxiety, stressful relationships or just feeling stuck. As a therapist I not only offer a space to explore your past, present and what you would like to achieve in the future but also a place to learn to develop a greater sense of self.
My passion for therapy comes from helping people discover a new life and meaning underneath “labels” and “symptoms” As your therapist my main objective will be helping you achieve your goals and be the most authentic “you”. I specialize in working with adults who are seeking support for depression, anxiety, life transitions, sexuality/identity, stress management, relationship difficulties, family conflicts and past trauma.
Together we can explore emotions and challenges in a warm non-judgmental environment. We will work collaboratively to address challenges, build positive relationships and cultivate self-worth. I have a strengths-based, and client-centered approach, utilizing several different modalities including CBT, and motivational interviewing to suit each unique client’s needs. I am committed to helping you strengthen your skills to improve your quality of life
When I’m not working, I love learning about healthy financial habits and watching people’s success stories. I enjoy reading novels and learning about different cultural customs. I also have a personal goal of visiting the Seven Wonders of the World.
